Job description:
Clock and Watch Repairer
We are seeking an experienced Clock and Watch Repairer to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone skilled in precision repair work and comfortable working with customers.
Key Duties
Repair and service clocks and watches independently
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs
Prepare repair quotes and liaise with customers
Manage repair intake and outgoings accurately
Provide technical advice in person and over the phone
Assist with delivery and installation of Grandfather Clocks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
Assist with occasional container unloads
Support customers at the retail counter when required
About You
Proven experience in clock and/or watch repair (essential)
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Reliable, professional, and well organised
Comfortable in both workshop and customer-facing environments
Able to work efficiently during busy periods
